Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the behavior expected of everyone on CS Glory. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. CS Glory is a competitive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive matchmaking platform for a mature audience; the standard is honest play and basic respect.

1. Fair Play

You must play honestly. The following are prohibited:

Cheating software of any kind: aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, radar hacks, or injectors.
Scripts, macros, or hardware that automate gameplay actions.
Exploiting map, server, or matchmaking bugs.
Match-fixing, throwing, or intentionally losing.
Boosting, rank manipulation, or smurfing on alternate accounts to face lower-Elo players.
Ghosting or relaying live information to opponents.

Ranking is Elo-based. Any attempt to move Elo through something other than honest competition is a fair-play violation.

2. Conduct

Toward other players you must not:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone.
Post hate speech or slurs targeting protected characteristics.
Share anyone's private information (doxxing).
Impersonate other players, staff, or Valve.
Spam, flood chat, or disrupt matches with noise.
Grief teammates, sabotage rounds, or abuse in-match controls such as pauses.

This applies to text chat, voice chat, display names, bios, and any other communication on the Service. Edgy banter between consenting players is not the target; targeted abuse is.

3. Account Integrity

One person per account; do not share accounts.
Do not sell, rent, or transfer accounts.
Do not attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
Do not probe, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure.

4. Enforcement Levels

We match the response to the severity and history of the violation.

Text mute	Blocks platform text chat	Chat abuse, spam
Voice mute	Blocks voice chat	Voice abuse
Ban	Removes access to the Service	Cheating, serious or repeat abuse

Mutes are platform-wide for their type: a text mute silences text everywhere, a voice mute silences voice everywhere. Cheating results in a ban on first detection.

5. Cooldown Schedule

Repeated cooldown-level violations escalate:

First	30 minutes
Second	2 hours
Third	24 hours
Fourth	7 days
Further	Reviewed for a ban

Escalation counters decay over time for players who stop offending.

6. Appeals

Where an enforcement action is marked appealable, you can submit an appeal inside the app through Account Status. A denied appeal has a cooldown before you can appeal the same action again. Bans for cheating are generally not overturned. Approval of any appeal is at our discretion.

7. Reporting

If someone is breaking this policy, report them in-app. Reports are reviewed against match data and server logs. Filing knowingly false reports to harass another player is itself a violation.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the Service and its community evolve. Material changes update the version above and may require re-acceptance before you continue to use gated features.
